Seller reviews allow customers to review their purchasing experiences giving you a chance to:

  • Thank sellers for their service.
  • Offer sellers some constructive feedback if their service could be improved.
  • Help keep other customers in the loop. Seller reviews allow customers to make an informed decision on any seller and item before making a purchase.


You can create a seller review from your orders page by:

  1. Go to 'My Orders'
  2. Click on 'Review this seller.' Write a short description of the service you received, and select a star rating for the service you received.
  3. Click 'Post my review.'


Which items can I review? 

You can review all of your received items. These reviews will then be processed and added to seller product pages so that prospective buyers can stay informed.


Vinterior Tips:

  • Make sure that you have received your item before you leave a seller review for it.
  • You can only review items that have been bought via your Vinterior account. If you purchased as a guest instead of signing in to Vinterior, you will not be able to leave a review.
  • You cannot review a cancelled item.
  • If you purchased several items from the same seller, you can leave them feedback for each item if you'd like to.

How can I edit my seller review? 

It is quick and easy to amend your seller review if you'd like to. Buyers can edit both the star rating and written notes for any past reviews.


  1. Go to 'My Orders' and find the order and item in question.
  2. Click 'Edit my review.'
  3. When you’re happy with your adjustments, click on 'Post my review.'
