If you cannot find your order on the Vinterior website, it is likely because you check out as a guest. This means that your order is not connected to a Vinterior account.
Having a Vinterior account allows the following:
You can view the status of your order.
Create wish lists.
Communicate with sellers.
Steps to connect your order to a Vinterior account:
All the instructions that you need are in your confirmation email for your order:
Find the confirmation email: with the subject title ‘Your Vinterior order has been updated - Number of Order.’
Click on “Create an Account”: you can find the button scrolling down on the email.
Set up the Vinterior account: your order will automatically be there
