Experiencing some issues?

If you are having trouble there are a few things you can do:

  1. Log in and out of your account
  2. Clear your Cookies, Cache and History on your device
  3. Use Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari
  4. Update your device's software? 
  5. Reboot your device

Send screenshots of the error message and advise on the browser and IOS version you are using.


How bugs are reported

After you send screenshots to the Vinterior team, we can then make a formal report to the tech team. This means that any screenshots, links to your user account and to this email thread are reported. The occurrence is also reported which notifies to the tech team the severity and priority of the bug.


Why do we do this? 

As a startup and Tech company, changes can be made from scratch and sometimes the odd issue overlaps with another which did not previously exist. We really appreciate your patience while these issues are reported and investigated by the tech team.
