If you are having trouble, there are a few things you can do:

  2. Clear your Cookies, Cache and History on your device
  3. Use Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari
  4. Update your device's software? 
  5. Reboot your device 

Please email with screenshots of the error message and advise on the browser and IOS version you are using if the steps above do not work.


How bugs are reported:

After you send screenshots to the Vinterior team, we can then make a formal report to the tech team. This means that any screenshots, links to your user account and the email thread are reported. The occurrence is also reported, which notifies the tech team of the severity and priority of the bug.


Why do we do this? 

As a startup company, changes can be made from scratch, and sometimes the odd issue arises as a result. We really appreciate your patience while these issues are reported and investigated by the Technical Support Team.
