If you have changed your mind, or an item does not fit as you'd like it to, you can quickly request to return it for a refund of the item price. You have 14 days from receiving the item to initiate your return. 


How can I create a return?

  1. Log in to your Vinterior account.
  2. Hover on My Account (located on the top right-hand corner).
  3. Select My Orders.
  4. View Order
  5. Select Create Return.
  6. Get in touch with the seller to organise the return. Vinterior will prompt the seller to provide you with a return address. 


Who is in charge of the return shipping?

  • You are in charge of the return: The costs of delivery (inbound and outbound delivery costs) are non-refundable unless Vinterior finds that the item was damaged in transportation or determines the listing was inaccurate, misleading, or misrepresented the item. 

  • The seller should receive the item in good condition. If the item is returned to the seller damaged (on the way back)or in an unsuitable condition, Vinterior will not be able to process the refund and the seller may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). 


Vinterior Return Shipping Tips: 

  • Vinterior strongly advises you to use an insured shipper for returns to avoid any non-refundable damages.

  • Vinterior and sellers cannot be held responsible if an item of furniture cannot gain access to or does not fit in its intended space. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you measure all access areas before making a purchase.
