Buying online under the Consumer Law means that you are entitled to return your item and receive a refund in most cases. You can request to return an item you have ordered via Vinterior up to 14 days after receiving it (except in certain cases listed below). Once the return request is accepted, you will be in charge of the shipment and should organise it as soon as possible. 

Which items cannot be returned for change of mind?

  • Items that are personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order to specific requirements.

Good to know: 

  • A seller may refuse a return of an item if it has been altered in any way.

  • If an item is returned to the seller damaged or in an unsuitable condition, Vinterior will not be able to process the refund, and the seller may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
