Buying online under the Consumer Law means that you are entitled to return your item and receive a refund. You can request to return an item you have ordered via Vinterior up to 14 days after receiving it. There are some exceptions and these are listed below.


Once the return request is accepted, you will be in charge of the return of the item and this should be organised as soon as possible. 


Which items cannot be returned due to a change of mind?

  • Items that are personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order to specific requirements.

  • We would only be able to accept the return of items made to order if the item delivered was not up to standard. 


Good to know: 

  • A seller may refuse a return of an item if it has been altered in any way.

  • If an item is returned to the seller damaged or in an unsuitable condition, Vinterior will not be able to process the refund, and the seller may have to send it back to you.
