You have placed your order, congratulations! 


As the pieces we are selling are usually unique and our dealers on different marketplaces, we need them to confirm:

  • Availability of the piece

  • Delivery price


Here are what you should expect:


  1. Wait for the seller to confirm availability and delivery price (within 72hours)

  2. Once confirmed, your card will be charged for the delivery price

If you are unhappy with the delivery cost or change your mind you can cancel the order (except if it is a made to order item)

  1. The seller will then dispatch the piece (you will receive an email with any additional delivery information from the seller)

  1. Log in to your Vinterior account.
  2. Go to My Inbox in the top right hand corner dropdown option list


  3. Go to My Orders and click on the relevant orders
  4. Click "Contact Seller" or "See Thread"

    Need to send some photographs?

  5. Attach the photographs with the ‘Choose File” button next to the “Send” button directly on the Vinterior platform via the conversation. 
  6. Please do not send them via email via the automated notification you will receive for any messages.

 When the seller replies, it will leave a thread so you can come back to it for reference. You should also be notified via an automated Vinterior email when the seller gets in touch
