Can I cancel an order as an individual seller?

Yes, you can. There are two ways to cancel an order on Vinterior:


1. Before the confirmation:

Via your dashboard ⇒ Instead of confirming your sale, click “No“ and explain why the item is unavailable. Vinterior will email this explanation to the buyer, so please be kind and acknowledge the disappointment.


2. After the confirmation (more effort required):

If you must cancel an order after confirming it, notify the Vinterior team as soon as you can at info@vinterior.co. We can then refund the buyer.

Please note: Vinterior will ask you to explain to the buyer why you have to cancel the order after confirming it.

  • Answer fast: cancellations create frustration. The quicker you answer, the more buyers will understand.
  • Share a friendly and apologetic note: explanations are sent to the buyer, so please be kind and acknowledge the disappointment.
