Free UK-to-UK shipping
- This applies to all orders placed on Vinterior where both the origin of the item and delivery address are within the United Kingdom.
- Valid until March 31st 2025.
- How to claim:
- Email info@vinterior.co providing your order number, your full name and stating you want to claim it as part of your investment perk.
- The team will respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday 9am -6pm) and request a delivery refund immediately to your original payment method.
- The refund will be actioned and back to your account 3-7 working days depending on your bank.
Personalised online sourcing consultation with Vinterior’s in-house expert
- Our sourcing expert can assist with procurement needs no matter how big or small - from curating simple item collections for the perfect piece, to helping procure for a full project beginning to end.
- How to claim:
- Email trade@vinterior.co providing your full name, sourcing needs, project, budget or idea that you have.
- Please mention you want to use it as part of your investment perk.
- The team will get in touch to understand your needs and propose the best options, create a wishlist and support you with any related questions such as delivery, and invoicing.
- You can expect a response within 24 hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm).
In-person interior design and sourcing consultation
- This is only available on locations within mainland England and details are agreed upon request.
- How to claim:
- Email trade@vinterior.co mentioning your full name and that you want to claim it as part of investment perks.
- The team will respond and following details will be agreed upon request.
