  • To help the seller use the Vinterior platform confidently

  • Guide the seller on how to use the Vinterior tools

  • To discuss with the seller Vinterior expectations

If Vinterior do not see a change in behaviour, your case might be escalated and the following might be applied;

  • Your account will be put in holiday mode

  • Your analytics will be removed

  • Your publicity on Vinterior will be reduced

  • Payments will be delayed
