Steps to reset your password:
If you have forgotten your password - don't worry! You can quickly reset it by following this link and by entering the email address assigned to your account: Link Here. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you have requested multiple email resets, please make sure that you click on the link in the most recent email by checking the dates and times that Vinterior sent the emails - otherwise, the reset link will have expired.
If you do not receive an email from us, please make sure to check your spam and junk email folders.
How are technical issues reported?
If the steps outlined above do not work for you, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include screenshots of this issue and advise us on the browser and IOS version you are using.
After you have sent your screenshots to Vinterior, our Customer Experience Team can make a formal report to Technical Support. This means that any screenshots, links to your user account and this email thread are reported.
