Vinterior’s employees have been working fully remote since the 11th March (mainly from London) and are operating as normal.

In order to minimize the risk, our team is liaising with our network of sellers to advise them to follow the guidance provided by the NHS and by their local authorities.

What are the measures taken by sellers?

Our 1,700 sellers, located across Europe, are doing their very best to operate with minimum disruption while following their national authority’s instructions.

Delivery services are still widely used, but tighter restrictions in some areas may lead to delays and potentially cancellations.

Please contact sellers directly using the ‘Ask the seller a question’ button to discuss the availability of the item and how delivery times may be affected during this period.

Are your Customer Services running as usual?

Our priority at Vinterior is to ensure the safety of our employees and our community. We are taking the necessary steps to help flatten the curve as we continue to focus on delivering the highest standards of service to our customers while working from home.

Our team has been working from home for some time now, and we are fully operational.

Please note that in the UK, drivers are allowed to deliver furniture and that trucks will not be stopped by the authorities. You should therefore not have any delivery restrictions in the UKUpdate from the 14th April
