Vera is our search assistant. Tell her what you’re looking for in your own words and she’ll help you find it. She’s entirely optional, though. If you’d rather use the standard search bar, you can switch her off in a couple of clicks.
From the Vera chat
Beneath the chat box, select Use the standard search bar instead. You’ll go straight back to the standard search bar.
From your account settings
Log in and go to your account settings.
Find the Search section.
Untick Search with Vera.
Select Save.
That’s it. You’ll see the standard search bar from now on.
Changed your mind?
Head back to the Search section in your account settings, tick Search with Vera and select Save. Vera will be ready when you are.
