We can provide VAT invoices for any purchases made on Vinterior. Invoices can be found within each order page.
Where do I find my VAT invoice?
Go to ‘My account’
Navigate to your Order History
Select the order you need the VAT invoice for
Wait until all sellers have confirmed their items and shipping details. Once this process is complete, the VAT invoice PDFs will be available for download.
You will see options for ‘Item Invoice’ and ‘Service Fee Invoice’. Once you have clicked on this, you will be able to view and download your invoices from there.
Please note that each item in an order has a separate invoice however the service fee invoice is for the entire order and there will only be one. This structure ensures clarity and transparency in the charges associated with your purchases.
