Validity and Use
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the card's received date.
The gift card's balance can be applied toward the item price, delivery charges, and service fee.
For some orders, you may see separate charges on the gift card for the item and service fee initially, with delivery charges applied later.
If the order total is less than the available gift card balance, any remaining balance will remain on the gift card for future use, provided the gift card is still within its validity period.
You can only use one gift card per order.

Refunds
If you return an item purchased using a gift card, the refunded amount will usually be issued as a new e-gift card.
Important Information
Treat your gift card as cash; lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
Gift cards may be combined with discount coupons on eligible purchases.
Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change or refunds will be issued.
The invoice for a purchased gift card is sent directly to the buyer's email after the purchase is complete.
We reserve the right to reject any gift card that appears tampered with, duplicated, or suspected of fraudulent activity.
Terms and conditions for gift cards may be updated periodically where reasonable and necessary.
